A return request is submitted within 14 days of the product’s receipt (signing for delivery);
The product must remain in an unused condition, suitable for resale, and include all original accessories, packaging, and instruction manuals;
Stoves that have been installed or used (unless due to quality defects) are generally ineligible for return;
Customized products or special models are ineligible for return unless they exhibit quality defects.
II. Refund Details
For orders approved as eligible for return, we will process the refund once we have received the returned product and verified its condition;
Refunds will be issued to your original payment account; the actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the specific payment platform;
For returns resulting from quality defects, the refund will cover both the product price and the standard shipping costs;
For returns made for reasons other than quality defects, the shipping costs and any related fees shall be borne by the user.
III. Return Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return confirmation and relevant instructions;
The user must ship the product back within the specified timeframe and provide a valid shipping tracking number;
